Tasting Note
Fresh citrus and white-flower aromatics with flinty/mineral notes, hazelnut and marzipan. Creamy mid-palate, bright acidity and subtle vanilla/oak spice; long, saline finish.

Food Pairing
Western: seared scallops, lobster, sole meunière, roast chicken with herbs, creamy pasta, goat cheese. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi/sashimi, tempura prawns, steamed crab with ginger-scallion, light curry.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay; gentle whole-cluster pressing, native-yeast fermentation, partial malolactic; matured in French oak (low % new) 10–16 months; low-intervention, biodynamic-influenced viticulture.
