Tasting Note
Silky Pinot Noir: ripe red cherry, mulberry and cassis, hints of anise and clove, loamy earth and mineral drive; plush texture, bright acidity and a long, poised finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, mushroom risotto, roasted pork, beef Wellington, poultry with truffle sauce. Asian: Peking duck, miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki chicken, sukiyaki or bulgogi, Cantonese roasted pork.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir from Taillepieds and north Clos des Chênes parcels; traditional Burgundian fermentation with gentle extraction and ageing in French oak with limited new oak (estimated 12–18 months).
