Tasting Note
Opulent black and blue fruits (blackberry, plum), liquorice and dark chocolate with spicy oak, graphite and violet notes. Full-bodied, mouth-filling palate with ripe, fine-grained tannins, fresh mineral lift and a long, spicy, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested from the single-vineyard Armagh block; submerged-cap fermentation at ~18–22°C with extended maceration; matured 14–20 months in 300L hogsheads (predominantly French oak, some American), bottled under screwcap.
