Tasting Note
Deep garnet color; concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry with violet, cigar box, baking spice, graphite and earthy notes; silky, finely knit tannins and long mineral finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, Cantonese char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), Sichuan peppercorn beef.

Production Method
Estate-grown lots fermented separately, blended to taste and aged in new French oak (approx. 20–24 months) before bottling.
