Tasting Note
Inky, full-bodied Cabernet blend with blackberry, black currant, mocha, graphite, camphor and cedar. Velvety texture, layered dark fruit, firm structured tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, aged cheeses (Western); Korean BBQ, char siu, beef rendang, Peking duck, teriyaki or Sichuan-style beef (Asian).

Production Method
Estate-grown Bordeaux-variety lots fermented separately, matured ~24 months in 100% new French oak barrels; bottled as a proprietary blend from selected lots.
