Tasting Note
Plush, full-bodied Cabernet-dominant blend with blackberry, cassis, espresso, cedar, clove and dark chocolate. Silky texture, vibrant acidity, layered spice and savory notes; long, persistent finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, herb-crusted rack of lamb, beef short ribs, wild mushroom pasta, aged cheeses. Asian: hoisin-glazed duck, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/kalbi), braised beef short ribs, char siu pork.

Production Method
