Tasting Note
Dense, layered Napa Cabernet: crème de cassis, blackberry, graphite, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf and dried rose. Velvety, full-bodied, fine-grained tannins, lively acidity and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, venison, wild-mushroom risotto, aged cheeses (Comté, aged cheddar). Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), char siu, Sichuan beef, teriyaki-glazed steak, mushroom and soy braises.
Production Method
Each lot fermented separately with extended maceration, matured 24 months in 100% new French oak from multiple coopers, then blended and bottled to preserve structure and concentrated fruit.
