Tasting Note
Inky dark fruit—blackberry, plum and blueberry—layered with clove, espresso, dark chocolate and sweet oak. Velvety but firm tannins, spicy finish and long, mouthwatering persistence.

Production Method
Hand-harvested old-vine Shiraz; crushed/destemmed, fermented in open and closed fermenters, inoculated yeast, malo completed, matured ~15–16 months in French/American oak, minimal fining and crossflow filtered.
