Tasting Note
Pure citrus and stone fruit with chalky limestone minerality, white flowers, herbal lift and bright lime/orange zest. Racy acidity, saline grip, creamy mid-palate and very long, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, scallops, grilled white fish, roast pork, roast chicken, aged cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Vietnamese spring rolls, Thai green curry, Cantonese steamed fish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; dry Grosses Gewächs style. Fermented with indigenous (vineyard) yeasts and matured in large oak/neutral wood before bottling.
