Citrus-driven and intensely mineral: lime, grapefruit, white peach, spring flowers, and cool mint backed by chalky, saline minerality, razor-sharp acidity and an energetic, very long finish. Bone-dry and precise.

Hand-harvested from old vines; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at low temperatures; aged in stainless steel and large neutral wooden vessels; minimal-intervention, trocken Grosses Gewächs vinification.
