Tasting Note
Fine golden bead; aromas of white flowers, brioche, marzipan, preserved lemon and gingerbread. Palate shows citrus, quince, toasted almond, grilled nuts, spice and saline mineral finish — complex, layered and vibrant.

Food Pairing
Oysters, caviar, lobster, grilled shellfish, aged cheeses (Comté, Parmigiano-Reggiano); Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Thai green curry, delicate Indian dishes (tandoori prawns), Chinese dim sum; also pairs with foie gras and salty cured ham.

Méthode traditionnelle. Blend of ~131 wines from ~12 vintages (youngest c.2015, oldest c.2000); ~7 years on lees; disgorged winter 2021–2022; dosage ~6 g/L.
