Tasting Note
Light golden with fine bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, citrus, marzipan and gingerbread. Palate offers lemon curd, green apple, hazelnut, brioche, toasted nuts, saline minerality and a long, spicy, layered finish.

Food Pairing
Western: oysters, grilled shrimp, turbot à la truffe, aged Comté, cured ham, brioche-based desserts. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Indian spiced dishes, Moroccan tagines, Thai seafood curries.

Production Method
Blend of 146 wines from 11 years (base 2016) with ~42% reserve wines; many components fermented in barrel, aged 6–7+ years on lees, disgorged 2023; traditional method (méthode traditionnelle), dosage ~4.5 g/L.
