Tasting Note
Bright citrus (lemon, grapefruit) and white flowers with brioche, toasted almond and marzipan; chalky minerality, lively acidity and a long, saline finish — refined and persistent.

Western: oysters, lobster, crab, roast chicken, creamy pasta, mild cheeses. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, Cantonese dim sum, steamed shellfish, light Chinese or Thai seafood dishes.
