Deep, concentrated Pomerol: black cherry, plum, truffle, dark chocolate, dried flowers and spice. Full-bodied, lush, with plush ripe tannins and a long, menthol-tinged, savory finish.


Food Pairing

Western: ribeye, roast lamb, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese roast pork), Korean BBQ (bulgogi), braised beef with soy and star anise.


Production Method

Traditional destemmed vinification; aged ~18 months in French oak (majority new; ~70–80%). Small-production, high-density viticulture.
