Tasting Note
Black cherry, blueberry, black truffle and dark chocolate with hints of Earl Grey, spice and forest floor; medium-full, silky texture, velvety tannins and a long mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented in temperature-controlled vats; matured ~18 months in French oak barrels (≈70% new).
