Dense, layered Pomerol: black cherry, blueberry, violets, truffle, espresso and exotic spice; plush ripe tannins, lively freshness and a long savory finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef fillet, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ short ribs, braised beef with five-spice.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Merlot and Cabernet Franc; fermented in temperature-controlled vats and matured ~18 months in French oak (high % new oak, c.75%).
