Perfumed black cherry and raspberry with plum, rose petal, baking spice and dark chocolate; plush, silky tannins, fresh minerality and a long, savory finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef, game birds, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Sichuan-style beef, Korean BBQ, mushroom hotpot.
Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes, fermented in temperature-controlled vats, aged 12–18 months in French oak (approx. 30–50% new).
