Tasting Note
Full‑bodied, concentrated red: black cherry, black raspberry and plum with pepper, leather, cedar and subtle eucalyptus. Ripe dark fruit, warm spice and silky yet firm tannins lead to a long, mineral, savory finish.

Western: grilled/stewed lamb, roast beef, aged hard cheeses, game (venison). Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Chinese red‑braised pork, hoisin or five‑spice duck, miso‑glazed short ribs.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested from old vines; grapes co‑fermented in wooden tanks with native yeasts. Maceration 3–4 weeks, malolactic in concrete, then ~12 months ageing in a mix of large casks and new oak.

Vineyard Info
Château La Nerthe is one of Châteauneuf‑du‑Pape’s oldest estates (records from 1560). Cuvée des Cadettes is from very old plots (≈85–100 years); estate practices certified organic viticulture.
