Tasting Note
Concentrated dark cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant with garrigue, spice, leather and a touch of eucalyptus; velvety, layered tannins and a long savory, mineral finish.

Production Method
Estate-grown, hand-harvested, partially destemmed and co‑fermented; matured ~12 months in large foudres and French oak barrels (some new); estate organic/biodynamic practices.
