Tasting Note
Concentrated black-fruit core (plum, blackberry) with violet, truffle, cedar and spice; plush, velvety texture, firm polished tannins and a long opulent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, braised short rib, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, soy/miso braised beef, umami-rich mushroom dishes.

Production Method
Micro-vinified, extended cold maceration (~20 days), malolactic in barrel; élevage in new French oak (Saury) for c.14–16 months.

Tiny estate (~1.6–1.8 ha) on Pomerol plateau; owned by Vignobles Péré‑Vergé/Parent family since 2005, low yields (~20 hl/ha), very limited production (~250 cases).
