Tasting Note
Refined Pauillac profile: cassis, blackcurrant, cedar, pencil lead and tobacco with dark chocolate and graphite undertones; elegant, well-structured tannins and a long, mineral-driven finish.

Food Pairing
Western: ribeye, roast lamb, duck confit, aged blue or hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, Korean BBQ (galbi), beef rendang, shiitake/mushroom hot pot.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: destemming, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel and oak vats, malolactic conversion, aged c.18–20 months in French oak barrels (significant new oak proportion).
