Tasting Note
Notes of blackcurrant, cedar, pencil lead and tobacco with violet and dark berry undertones. Elegant, structured, refined tannins, mineral core and a long, perfumed finish; shows broader maturity in 2002 and tighter, fresher fruit in 2012.

Hand-harvested, parcel vinification with controlled fermentation; malolactic fermentation; aged ~18–20 months in French oak barrels with strict barrel selection.
