Tasting Note
Mature cedar, cigar box, graphite, blackcurrant and dried herbs with earth and tobacco. Medium-full body, silky texture, softened tannins and bright acidity; long, savory, tertiary finish with leather and mineral notes.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled entrecôte, game (venison), aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean bulgogi, braised beef short ribs, umami-rich mushroom dishes.

Production Method
Classic Bordeaux vinification: hand-harvested, fermented in vats, matured ~18–24 months in French oak (new and used), then extended bottle ageing before release.
