Tasting Note
Evolved blackcurrant and plum with cedar, pencil lead, tobacco, violets and cigar box. Elegant, silky mid-palate with refined tannins, mineral lift and a very long, persistent finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, prime rib, venison, beef Wellington, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, soy-braised beef short ribs, Korean BBQ, rich mushroom or black-bean dishes.

Production Method
Traditional left-bank Bordeaux vinification: destemmed grapes, fermentation in vats, gravity/temperature-controlled élevage and blended, matured approximately 18–20 months in French oak barrels.
