Tasting Note
Reserved yet concentrated: blackcurrant, graphite, cedar, cigar box, tobacco and mineral notes with firm ripe tannins, bright acidity and a long, refined finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel vinification; fermented in wooden vats, malolactic conversion and aged ~18–20 months in new French oak barrels.
