Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with graphite, cedar, pencil lead, white chocolate and mocha notes; perfumed floral lift, firm grainy tannins, bright acidity and a very long mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, beef Wellington, aged cheddar, venison, braised short ribs. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), beef hot pot, mushroom and soy-based hot pots.

Production Method
Traditional Pauillac vinification: destemmed grapes, controlled fermentation, élevage in high‑percentage new oak barrels for ~18–20 months; estate selection for the grand vin.
