Tasting Note
Perfumed blackcurrant and cassis with violet, graphite, cedar and tobacco. Dense, refined and elegant; silky, finely grained tannins, bright freshness and a very long, mineral, cashmere finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast beef, rack of lamb, venison, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean bulgogi, braised beef short ribs, Sichuan-style beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes, parcel vinification (wood/steel/cement), 15 months élevage in 100% new French oak; small % press wine used in blend.
