Tasting Note
Concentrated cassis and black cherry with graphite, cedar, dark chocolate and dried flowers. Refined, mineral-driven palate with silky yet firm Lafite tannins and an extremely long, elegant finish.

Food Pairing
Western: ribeye, steak frites, roast lamb, game birds, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, beef bulgogi, Korean BBQ, char siu, rich mushroom-miso dishes.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification with careful plot selection; fermentation in vats, malolactic conversion, and ageing ~18–20 months in French oak barrels (significant proportion new).
