Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and plum with graphite, cedar, tobacco and licorice; very concentrated, silky but firm fine tannins, mineral backbone and long espresso/ganache finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, parcel vinification; fermented in wooden vats and matured ~18–20 months in new oak barrels with severe selection of fruit.
