Tasting Note
Elegant, mature Pauillac: cassis and sweet dark berries with tobacco, cedar, graphite and dried plum. Silky, refined tannins, subtle cedar/vanillin oak and a long, savory finish with mineral and cigar-box nuances.

Roast lamb, beef en croûte, duck confit, aged hard cheeses; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ beef short ribs, soy-braised beef, mushroom hotpot.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: plot-level fermentations, blended after élevage and aged ~16–20 months in French oak (significant new oak some years). Bottle-aged to develop tertiary aromas.
