Tasting Note
Elegant, concentrated blackcurrant and plum with cedar, tobacco, pencil-lead and earthy graphite notes. Velvety texture, firm refined tannins and a very long, mineral finish showing tertiary leather and dried floral nuances.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes; traditional Bordeaux vinification with parcel fermentation, malolactic conversion and ageing ~18–20 months in French oak (portion new barrels) before bottling.
