Tasting Note
Dense dark-plum and black-cherry fruit with truffle, violets, cocoa and a hint of cigar box. Silky texture, powdery fine tannins, bright acidity and a long, truffle-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye or beef short ribs, mushroom/truffle risotto, aged cheeses (Comté, Parmigiano). Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi, galbi), miso-braised eggplant or shiitake-braised short ribs.

Production Method
Manual harvest; double sorting; fermentation in temperature-controlled concrete/stainless vats with gentle extraction; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈40% new).

Historic Pomerol estate (8 ha) farmed by Établissements Jean‑Pierre Moueix since 1962 and acquired in 2024; varied gravel, clay and loam soils; vines ~25 years average.
