Tasting Note
Dense black‑currant, blackberry and plum with graphite, tobacco, truffle, cedar and violet notes; powerful, concentrated palate framed by ripe, grainy tannins and bright freshness, finishing very long with mocha and mineral accents.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: destemmed fermentation, small portion selected for the grand vin (≈36% in 2010), aged ~18–20 months in French oak (majority new, ~70%).

Château Latour, a Médoc First Growth (1855), farms l'Enclos parcels for its grand vin. Owned by François Pinault since 1993; long history of quality and low-yield selection.
