Tasting Note
Concentrated cassis and black cherry with graphite, tobacco, violet and menthol notes; dense, precise tannins, polished new oak and pronounced minerality leading to a long saline finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast ribeye, leg of lamb, beef Wellington, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), beef rendang, Szechuan-style beef.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless-steel; matured ~16–18 months in new French oak barrels.

Château Latour is a First Growth in Pauillac; grand vin fruit mainly from the 47ha Enclos. Owned by the Pinault family; moved to organic viticulture starting 2017 (certified 2019).
