Tasting Note
Intense violet and black-fruit (blackberry, black cherry) aromas with white pepper, lavender, cardamom, olive and tobacco. Full-bodied, silky yet powerful, with fine-grained tannins, saline-mineral lift and a long spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled ribeye, roasted lamb, braised beef, osso buco, mushroom risotto, aged cheeses. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), char siu, Sichuan-style beef, Peking duck, savory mushroom or soy-braised dishes.

Production Method
100% Syrah; fermented in stainless/ceramic and large 12hL casks; aged in 12hL casks, ceramic vats and ~10% French oak barriques; minimal filtration.
