Tasting Note
Opulent Merlot with black cherry, crème de cassis, plum, licorice and sweet spice. Silky, concentrated texture, low acidity, supple ripe tannins and a long, polished finish.

Production Method
Small-lot vinification from tiny estate vineyards; fermentation in temperature-controlled vats, malolactic often in new oak, aged in new French oak barrels.
