Production Method
Hand-harvested Merlot; small-batch fermentations in stainless steel/micro-vats, malolactic in barrel; ~18–20 months in French oak (≈70% new in 2020).

Tiny, family-run estate founded by Jacques Thienpont in 1979; single contiguous vineyard ~2.7 ha, extremely limited production (c.600–700 cases).
