Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, black cherry and cassis with graphite, cedar, violet and menthol notes. Polished, creamy tannins, energetic acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed and sorted; fermentation in thermo-regulated wooden vats, ~3-week maceration; aged 16–18 months in French oak (≈60% new).
