Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry, graphite and cedar, tobacco and dark spice. Powerful, structured tannins with polished oak, mineral backbone and a very long, layered finish.

Food Pairing
Roast prime rib, leg of lamb, venison, mushroom risotto; Asian: Cantonese roast duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (galbi), beef rendang.

Production Method
Left-Bank vinification: destemmed grapes, temperature-controlled fermentations, élevage in French oak (high % new oak) and extended cellaring in château cellars before release.
