Tasting Note
Concentrated cassis, blackberry, graphite, cedar and tobacco with cigar-box and mineral notes. Powerful, finely textured with powdery, firm tannins, bright acidity and an exceptionally long, layered finish; still very youthful.

Western: roast ribeye, prime rib, lamb rack, game, beef Bourguignon, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ beef, soy-braised short ribs, Cantonese roast, rich umami Chinese stews.
Production Method
Hand-harvested. Fermented in a mix of wood, concrete and stainless vats with extended maceration; matured 18–20 months in French oak (≈75% new).
