Tasting Note
Concentrated cassis and black cherry with graphite, cedar, violet and tobacco notes. Powerful, tightly woven tannins and lively acidity deliver long, mineral-driven finish—classic, ageworthy Saint-Julien.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, ribeye/prime rib, beef bourguignon, aged comté and hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (grilled short ribs), miso- or soy-glazed beef, rich braised dishes (beef rendang).

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless, wood and concrete vats; malolactic in barrel; aged ~18 months in ~85% new French oak; fined and bottled.
