Tasting Note
Dense cassis and blackberry, cedar and graphite, with eucalyptus, tobacco and subtle vanilla from oak. Medium-full body, firm polished tannins and a long, mineral finish—ripe now but will benefit from further aging.

Production Method
Traditional Bordeaux vinification: destemmed grapes, stainless-steel fermentation, malolactic fermentation and ~16–20 months in French oak (c.80% new).
