Tasting Note
Perfumed dark cherry, black raspberry and violet with spice and flinty minerality; rich, fleshy and refined, with fresh acidity, firmly fine tannins and a long, floral-scented finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, beef bourguignon, lamb rack, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, miso‑glazed black cod, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), soy‑glazed pork or shiitake and sesame dishes.

Production Method
