Red cherry, wild strawberry and rose petal with warm spice, fine minerality and silky, fine-grained tannins; medium-bodied with bright acidity and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture (Ecocert); partial de-stemming, indigenous yeast fermentations, aged in new oak barrels then blended; minimal fining/filtration.
