Tasting Note
Bright red cherry, raspberry and blood orange with rose petal, dried herbs, forest floor and flint. Silky texture, chalky fine tannins and saline minerality leading to a long, spicy finish.

Production Method
Estate fruit farmed with organic/biodynamic methods; 25–40% whole-cluster fermentation, indigenous yeasts, matured ~15 months in French oak (20–25% new); minimal fining/filtration.
