Tasting Note
Vibrant dark-fruit core of blackcurrant, plum and blackberry with violet floral, graphite, iodine and liquorice spice. Fine-grained, polished tannins, bright freshness and integrated oak lead to a long, mineral finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roasted lamb, grilled ribeye, braised beef, aged cheddar and mushroom dishes. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, red-braised pork, braised beef noodles, Szechuan beef and mushroom hotpot.

Production Method
Grapes fermented separately, Bordeaux-style blending; temperature-controlled fermentations and élevage in French oak barrels before final assembly.

Domaine de Long Dai (Domaines Barons de Rothschild/Lafite) planted on granite terraces in Qiushan Valley; estate project begun 2008 with ~40+ hectares and low-yield premium viticulture.
