Tasting Note
Peach, orange oil and citrus zest with white flowers and hazelnut. Medium–full, satiny texture with toasty oak, racy acidity, layered fruit and a mineral-tinged, long finish.

Roast chicken with mushroom cream, lobster or scallops in butter sauce, creamy poultry dishes; Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, seared scallops with soy‑ginger, pork belly bao, creamy Thai coconut curry.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; gentle pressing; fermentation in oak (≈20–33% new) with a mix of 228L, 500L and foudre vessels; aged 12–15 months on fine lees; partial malolactic.
