Tasting Note
Orange-pink rosé: raspberry, Sicilian orange, stone fruit, hazelnut, cocoa and brioche. Creamy, saline and chalky palate with vibrant acidity and a long, layered finish.

Food Pairing
Western: smoked or seared salmon, lobster, roasted lamb, pheasant, foie gras, creamy cheeses, almond-based desserts. Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, grilled prawns, Peking duck, spicy Thai or Szechuan dishes.

Production Method
Short skin contact for colour; ~20% vinified in oak. Extended lees ageing (≈11 years on laths plus extended cellar ageing before disgorgement) with additional post-disgorgement ageing.

Louis Roederer, family-owned since 1776; Cristal created for the Russian tsar in 1876. Vinothèque is the house's extended-age release program for exceptionally mature Cristal cuvées.
