Tasting Note
Intense ruby; black cherry, blackberry, dried rose, licorice and tobacco with dark chocolate and espresso undertones. Elegant yet powerful, velvety tannins and mineral lift deliver a long, savory finish.

Roast lamb, prime rib, wild game, aged pecorino or Parmigiano; Asian: Peking duck, char siu pork, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), spicy Sichuan beef, shiitake/soy-based mushroom dishes.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Sangiovese; ferment in stainless steel/cement with extended maceration (~3–4 weeks); aged ~24 months in Slavonian oak and large barrels/barriques, then bottle aging before release.
