Food Pairing: Western: roast ribeye, leg of lamb, duck confit, mushroom risotto, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), Sichuan braised beef, Cantonese roasted goose.
Vineyard Info: Owned by the Cazes family since 1939; ~90 ha on deep Garonne gravel in Pauillac. Classified Fifth Growth (1855); estate known for powerful, ageworthy Bordeaux blends.
